Q. Alongside Gabi Ruffels. You had your first overnight lead in your LPGA career after day one; now you're in the hunt going into Sunday at a major championship. How much fun are you having this week?

GABRIELA RUFFELS: Having so much fun. This is what you practice for, what you play for. I've been working so hard, and it's great to see the hard work pay off.

Yeah, this is the position you want to be in. Yeah, for sure looking forward to tomorrow.

Q. What has clicked for you this week?

GABRIELA RUFFELS: I think ball striking has been good for a while, and it's kind of showing this week as well. Especially on Thursday and today.

But the putting has been really good this week. I've made a lot of putts inside 15 feet, which has been crucial.

Q. You went to Wimbledon last week because you were in London during the week off. You were a guest of the doubles great Todd Woodbridge. Did you get any inspiration being back in the tennis world again?

GABRIELA RUFFELS: It was really cool to be in a different perspective, put yourself outside the ropes a little bit and watch another sport compete. I got a lot from that, and yeah, thanks to Todd were able to go to the members' only area, which was such a cool experience.

It was great to relax and not touch the clubs for a few days and get over jet lag. Seems to have worked this week.
