BMO FINANCIAL GROUP CANADIAN WOMEN'S OPEN

July 11, 2003

Kim Saiki-Maloney

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA

Q: How did your round go today?

KIM SAIKI: I kept the ball in play today, and I hit a lot of really good drives. The round just felt really good and I made a lot of putts. I made double-bogey on one of the reachable par 5s, and I wasn't extremely happy about that, but that doesn't really matter.

Q: How is the course playing?

KIM SAIKI: The course is in great shape, the greens are firm and in great condition. The fairways are flush, and the rough is difficult. The fairways are pretty narrow, so there is definitely a premium on driving accuracy.
