Q. A hole-in-one, how does it feel and how long has it been since your last hole-in-one?

ANDREA LEE: It feels awesome. It honestly came when I least expected it. I wasn't even looking at the car. I just wanted to hit a good shot, and somehow it went in. No one even screamed at the green. It was like the most quiet hole-in-one I've ever hit.

So, yeah, it was pretty cool. It was just a choke 9-iron, and yeah, really happy to see it drop.

Q. When was the last time?

ANDREA LEE: Last time, I think was three or four years ago during the LPGA Shanghai Pro-Am. So they gave me like a little toy Buick, and I was like, I don't want this it. I want the real thing. So I got the real thing today.

Q. I think you kind of mentioned it but can you walk us through the club selection before?

ANDREA LEE: It was 122 to the pin, 131 to the back and 115 to cover bunker. So we were kind of in between a full pitching wedge or a choke 9-iron, and we didn't feel like there was enough wind behind us. So we decided to just take it back like a club length and hit a choke 9-iron and it looked really good in the air.

As soon as it landed, I was like, oh, that has a chance and it disappeared. That was awesome. Everyone was quiet. I was like, did it go in? There were like seven people at the green and no one screamed. Just so weird.

Q. What are you going to do with the prize, with the car?

ANDREA LEE: I have to think about it, I guess. It's just so cool that I got a car. I think it's a mini cooper countryman. I don't know, take it home, I guess, and drive it, or maybe give it to a family member.

Q. So $20,000 goes to the CME Group care challenge through every hole-in-one on the LPGA. Could you talk about how nice it is to give back just by being out there and playing golf?

ANDREA LEE: It means so much. CME does so much for this tour and we really appreciate all the support and for them to be able to give so much money back and to donate to charity is a really awesome initiative. It's really cool that they have continued to do it throughout the year.

I'm just really glad that I could be a really small part of it and make a hole-in-one and add 20k to the pot.
