Quick Quotes

Q. Here after your second round at the BMW Ladies Championship. Really fun day out there. Can you speak about the dynamic when two players are playing well and feeding off that energy in a group?

LAUREN COUGHLIN: Haeran and I get along really well. Her caddie, Martin, is one of my really good friends. Yeah, it's just we always enjoy playing together, and yeah, I mean, she's so good. So it's kind of fun to go toe-to-toe with her.

Q. Watching on TV, it looked like every time I looked up, you were hitting it within 15 feet. Were the numbers good, or was it a good ball-striking round?

LAUREN COUGHLIN: I would say both. I didn't have a really good feel with my swing the last couple of days, but also I had a lot of pretty good numbers where I had to take only a couple off at most or I could swing all-ought at things. Probably a little bit of both.

Q. Heading into the weekend, you're going to be paired with Haeran again, and it's going to be a scrappy weekend with the weather. Is that something you feed off? Do you like grinding it out, a little scrappiness?

LAUREN COUGHLIN: I prefer wind over rain, but yeah, I think if we can play, it's going to be a grind. The course is going to play way different. And yeah, just going to try to make as many pars as I can and hopefully role in a few putts.
