Quick Quotes

Q. Here after your second round of the BMW Ladies Championship. Overall great day, you and Lauren playing together. Can you talk about that dynamic? Both of you seemed to be having a really good time out there.

HAERAN RYU: Yeah, today was an amazing day because I really worried about the wind but today's wind is much better than yesterday, so that's why I hit a lot of greens today. Everything is good for me, so yeah, I'm happy right now.

Q. Two eagles, both coming on the front nine. Can you talk about that a little bit? You hit the second one pretty close. What was going on out there?

HAERAN RYU: Yeah, today wind is not too hard, so that's why I try to hit a good tee shot, to hit it hard. But my driver is going too far distance, so that's why I got a bit of short club in yesterday so I can make closer to the holes.

Q. It's already starting to come down a little bit tomorrow but weather is going to play a factor into the weekend. What do you try and focus on over the next 36 holes?

HAERAN RYU: Yeah, the weather is supposed to be not good for the weekend. So I just pray for doing better. I'm so happy to be on top of the leaderboard, because last year, I'm not doing well this tournament. But this year, first round is pretty good. So I'm so happy, and yeah, just I want to play well on the weekend.
