Quick Quotes

Q. All right, here with Soo Bin after her final round at the Buick LPGA Shanghai. First three rounds, a little bit over par. Final round, shot 5-under. Talk about some of the differences between those first three rounds and the final round.

SOO BIN JOO: Yeah, well, as soon as I got here this week I -- as I played the practice round, I knew the golf course is a hard golf course, so I really tried my best to spend time with my caddie talking about the golf course and knowing where to miss it.

And I think the first three rounds I think I wasn't sure like where to miss it, if that makes sense, so I think I was trying to focus on the goodness shots and I think that lead me to better position on the final round.

Q. And then talk a little bit about that, where you said, you know, just different misses. How much does repetition help playing the golf course three times heading into the final round?

SOO BIN JOO: It helped me a lot, especially like taking the first three rounds as a practice round for the final day, it helped me a lot. It is a tough, tough golf course for sure.

Q. And then heading into the Korea next week, talk about heading there and what kind of momentum this gives you.

SOO BIN JOO: Well, I think it'll help me a lot. And, I mean, since Korea is my home base I'm really excited to play in front of the Korea golf fans.

I think finishing well on the Sunday gives me a lot of energy for Korea and the rest of the season as well. So very looking forward to it.
