Quick Quotes
Q. All right, here Minji Kang after her second round at the Buick LPGA Shanghai. Minji, first things first, talk about that hole-in-one on 6. Did you see it go in?
MINJI KANG: Yeah, I saw that went in. I didn't really expect like going -- made another hole-in-one this year. It was my second hole-in-one this year.
But so I was surprised and happy with it.
Q. And then ever hole-in-one there is an amount of money donated to the CME Group Cares Challenge. Talk about that. Making a hole-in-one is great. Being able to donate money on top of it.
MINJI KANG: Yeah, I think it's very good things to do. After like through my hole-in-ones being donating, it's very -- I think it's very nice thing to donate with our shots.
Q. And then talk a little bit about your day today. Finished under par for the round. Not many people are under par after 18 holes. What was so difficult or challenging out there today?
MINJI KANG: Yeah, I also struggle yesterday, but I think during the practice round the weather was pretty sunny and not windy as much as today and yesterday.
But since we start yesterday, the wind start picking up and I think it's little different condition than during the practice round.
So I think most of the players feels little different, so it's kind of hard to adjust those things.
Q. Any golf course this year; can you talk a little bit about this golf course, especially with the history that comes with it with the PGA Tour playing here?
MINJI KANG: Yeah, I really love to play new courses, and it's very good to play the course that the PGA also played.
But honestly, I feel a little long for this course, and it's really important to keep the fairway here. The fairways are just okay and the greens are firm so I think it's really important to keep the fairway.
