Q. First Masters 1000, you've just beaten a top-3 player to make the fourth round. What are your thoughts?
ARTHUR GEA: Yeah, it was an amazing match. I played really amazing. He also played good, I think. It was really tough, but I fought until the end, and it was a really good match, yeah.
Q. Ben only won 63 percent of his first serve points. How were you able to have so much success against his serve?
ARTHUR GEA: I was just ready on each serve to put it back, all the time doing one more shot every point, and that was the key today, yeah.
Q. Are you someone with a confidence when you're going against a top-5 player that you think, My game's big enough, I can beat him?
ARTHUR GEA: Yeah, I'm practicing hard every day since the beginning of the year to win against those guys. Of course, when you win, it is always special. But, yeah, I was prepared and I was confident before the match.
Also playing a really good season right now, so, yeah, that's a really good win, but I was ready for it.
Q. How do you feel right now, because this is your first time to beat a top-5 player.
ARTHUR GEA: Yeah, it's always special. Yeah, it was a really good feeling at the end of the match. It was tight at the end, and I went for it, and I'm really happy.
Q. Because this is your first time to play against Shelton, before the match did you ever think you can realize the amazing time in this moment?
ARTHUR GEA: Yeah, I was ready to win. As I said, I worked for it the whole year, so I was confident before the match.
It's always special to win against these big guys, but, yeah, I was ready for it.
