ALFRED DUNHILL LINKS CHAMPIONSHIP

October 3, 2026

Casey Jarvis

St. Andrews, Fife, Scotland

Quick Quotes

Q. A 65 blemish-free around the Old Course, how pleased are you with that round?

CASEY JARVIS: Yes, I'm super pleased. I just felt like I was in control of my game today. I was really solid tee-to-green, and luckily rolled in a couple putts. I didn't find that -- he found the wind pretty tricky on the front nine. I'm not a big fan of left-to-right wind off the tee with driver. So I managed it pretty well, and yeah, super pleased.

Q. You had a superb start to the round, eagle birdie, how valuable was that in giving you a lot of momentum for the remainder of the day?

CASEY JARVIS: Yeah, started on a good mode to open up the round. Yeah, kick started the round.

Q. You take the lead into the final round here on the Old Course tomorrow. You are, of course, a multiple winner this year so, so you know how to get across the line. What have those two victories taught you about the pressure that comes on a Sunday?

CASEY JARVIS: Yeah, I mean, obviously I know I'm going to be feeling pressure tomorrow. I have won twice this year. So I kind of know how to deal with it a little better. I still know I'm going to feel first tee nerves and pressure throughout the day.

But I'm just going to try and manage it as much as I can. I'm playing tomorrow with my Am, as well, and it's so nice. We have fun out there, and I think that's going to really help me tomorrow.

Q. This year has given you some pretty good experiences already. Of course you were at Augusta National, courtesy of your win in South Africa, but when you were a little kid, did you dream of where this game might take you, and could you have imagined that it might have presented you the with the opportunity to win a big tournament on the DP World Tour here at the Home of Golf?

CASEY JARVIS: Yeah, I actually -- obviously we dream of it. Every golfer dreams of taking a lead, playing the Old Course on Sunday. I got goosebumps right now just standing here. I just can't wait for tomorrow. Even if I don't win, you know, to be taking the lead, I'm just going to enjoy it as much as I can.
