Quick Quotes

Q. All right here with Miyu after her second round here at the LOTTE Championship presented by Hoakalei. A lot more birdies on the scorecard today compared to yesterday. What were some of the key differences from the round?

MIYU YAMASHITA: I think my shots and my putting was pretty consist prepared to yesterday. I think that's the reason I had a lot of birdies today.

Q. How were you able to take advantage of this course? Clearly you put yourself in those birdie opportunities, but how were you able to take advantage of this course?

MIYU YAMASHITA: This course is hard to read the wind, but I think playing yesterday had a better feeling playing today.

Q. How do you practice reading the winds and learning how to adapt to those different winds?

MIYU YAMASHITA: I've had a lot of experience with the wind. I think that's why I had a successful day today, yeah.

Q. And then last one: What do you take away from these last two rounds heading into the weekend?

MIYU YAMASHITA: I've had a lot of birdies but I also had a lot of bogeys, so I think not having a bogey the next few days would be key to be successful.
