Q. 8-under for the tournament, just a couple off the lead, 7-under for the day. What was the key today?

ROBERT MacINTYRE: I drove it well again, and just taking advantage of the holes, the par 5s, on in two, taking birdies and eagle putts on the par 4. So just cleaning up the holes where I felt like I needed to clean up. And yeah, I just kept it simple, just disappointed. I was very disappointed with the bogey.

Q. Was the plan to try and put yourself in contention?

ROBERT MacINTYRE: To be honest, I didn't know what the weather was going to do. Today, the last hole was the only hole we played into the wind that was proper, proper strong. Felt like I got a bit lucky with that. Just try and post a number and keep adding them up.

Q. We spoke yesterday --

ROBERT MacINTYRE: You just never know with me. It's just the way I play golf. I'm always on the edge. I'm always pushing to be better. And it's funny, the bogey, I that spurs me on and you go three birdies in a row. Trying to control that but also let it run.
