Quick Quotes
Q. Your first time here playing a Senior Women's event, finalist. How was this week for you? How would you describe the entire week, you playing in your first USGA Senior Women's Championship?
AMANDINE VINCENT: How do I describe it? Amazing, wonderful, so well prepared, exciting. And just a little bit short today, but she played great.
Q. This is really just the beginning for your senior career. You're exempt into the next three. How excited are you to be back in the next three of these?
AMANDINE VINCENT: I will be for sure prepared. I was prepared, but...
I will come again as long as I have the level to play and to compete. I knew my game was good before coming, and I'm glad I was able to show how I played the whole year.
What else? I had some really tight matches before, and the last one was on 18. I missed a few putts on the front nine, and that's how she won, I think.
Q. You won the equivalent of this in France, and you're a finalist here. How much confidence does that give you going into this stage of your career?
AMANDINE VINCENT: That's nothing compared to this event because it was beginning of July, there were maybe 30 players, it's three-round stroke play. I won 6-under, so it was good.
But here the competition is so much more intense, and the levels are really, really high here.
