Quick Quotes

Q. All right, here with Jenny Bae after her final round here at the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G. Great effort from you to try and catch up to the leaders today. Solid Top 5 finish for you probably. What was the mindset coming into today?

JENNY BAE: Well, I actually started pretty rough, but I looked at my caddie and we laughed it off. Just said we have a lot of holes left. Never know what's going to happen. Just keep playing.

I trust in my game, and it led well.

Q. When you come into a final round knowing it's a very scorable course, do you have a number in mind? Is it just see how low you can go?

JENNY BAE: Most the time it's just as low as I can go. I feel like if I have a set number and I reach that number it's kind of like I have a feeling that, oh, I'm done, and I never want to feel that. Especially today with that double bogey start. It was just like let's see how many birdies I can get.

Q. Extremely accurate on your approach to the green the last couple days. Was that the key to success on this course?

JENNY BAE: I think for me, everything just has to piece well, especially for me to get my momentum going.

I feel like I had a couple of lucky bounces here and there, too, and so they all worked out.

Q. And then how good does a week like this prepare you for a long Asia stretch coming up?

JENNY BAE: I feel like I've been trending the right way, starting at Boston, so hopefully I can carry that on and play well overseas.
