Q. Got the first point as a team on the board for you guys. How important also for the United States to be delivering in foursomes so far this afternoon?

XANDER SCHAUFFELE: Yeah, PC and I were very focused on what we were doing out here. He played great and sort of fed off each other early and were able to hang on kind of late coming down the stretch.

Captain wants us to focus -- all we can do is get one point, so we were happy to do that this afternoon.

Q. Beautiful approach coming into the last hole as well. Patrick, you played a team who were unbeaten so far this week for the Internationals. How up for the challenge were you against Tom and Si Woo this afternoon?

PATRICK CANTLAY: Yeah, Sneds told us to go out and get a point on the board first. He sent us out first, and I'm glad we could deliver.

Q. What do you tell some of the youngsters and the rookies? You've got a 21 year old in the team room. What's that atmosphere been like?

XANDER SCHAUFFELE: The youngsters have been carrying us, so we just want them to keep carrying us. I don't mind being a backpack on this team as long as the young guns run hot.
