BRANDON STONE: Yeah, I've been struggling with the flu a little bit the last few days. So I didn't wake up feeling particularly fresh this morning. Chase did an amazing job yesterday getting me over the line, haven't been feeling great.

And then obviously went down to health metrics and saw a little 1 percent recovery in my Whoop. So I was, hmm, I haven't really got any expectations for today. And just played flawless golf. Just hit it really nicely. Gave myself so many chances, and the putter just worked.

So don't really know what take of it. I don't think I've got many 1 percent recovery 63s left in me, but I'll take that one today.

Q. You've had a mixed bag this season, shall we say. There has been signs the last few weeks or so, you've had some decent finishes. What have you been working on in the last month or so?

BRANDON STONE: Nothing too dissimilar to what we've kind of had the plan for. Just kind of felt like during the middle of the season, I just kept shooting 71. And 71 gets you nothing out here with these boys. These boys are really good golfers. So found myself having a few weekends off.

Went back to my old faithful putter a few weeks ago, probably six, seven weeks ago now, and days like today, she's the best relationship I have in my life. But she has been temperamental at times, I won't lie to you.

But, yeah, just kind of sticking to the processes that we have put in place. Belief. I mean, that's all that comes down to. I had the pleasure of playing with Edoardo Molinari the last couple days, and even yesterday, just awesome. You're the stats guy: Why do I like this golf course so much? And he gave me a few points. I was like, okay, that makes sense. So then obviously took that with me through today.
