Q. Do you guys feel like you're going to keep going through to the finish line? Tom, walk me through the success you had today and why this tandem has worked so well.

TOM KIM: I don't know. We just blend really well. It's really hard to say why. We just kind of do. I think there's a lot of comfort knowing that we've got each other's backs. Like the last hole, I thought I had to make at least -- thinking that Xander was going to make it. At the same time, even despite that, I know the next hole my partner is going to hit a good tee shot.

I think we do that really well, and we don't feel -- despite a mistake, we don't really feel sorry. We do, but there's a comfort knowing that he's got my back. I think that's why we've done well. A huge win for us today.

Q. What was the key when you changed formats, Si Woo, to come out here today playing that one ball instead of being aggressive yesterday? What was the key to playing well one ball in play today?

SI WOO KIM: I think we play exactly the same, and then the yardage, we know each other really well. His numbers are my numbers pretty much, so I can copy and he can give me an opinion about the club selection. He's really good reading also, so it helps for me those kind of putts. He give me a lot of putts.

Q. A sweep today. How soon did you know how good this day was, and how do you keep the hammer down?

TOM KIM: Yeah, I think we kept our foot in the gas. Mentally we're all there together. I don't think anyone is in a different page. We're all really focused and we know what we need to do individually. We have momentum.

It's going to be important for us the next couple days to keep using that. We had a good day, but we're not going to go into tomorrow feeling comfortable. We're just going to keep doing what we're doing and try to play the best we can.
