Q. Here with Juniper Jang after round one of the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G. So Juniper, bogey-free day. Tremendous day out there for round one. What is the key to being bogey-free out there on this course?

JUNIPER JANG: I just was more focusing on each shot rather than focusing on my result, which that's only I can control, so I think that help me a lot.

Q. Also 13 out of 13 fairways and 18 out of 18 greens. Super impressive there. What was working, do you feel like, on both areas of your game in that aspect?

JUNIPER JANG: I think I played really smart, and I didn't realize until I finished that I made all the greens and all the fairways.

Luckily I made some good decision with my club, and I think that made a lot of green regulation. That help me a lot getting two birdies and not having bogeys today.

Q. What was it that you might have changed maybe practice days compared to today? Anything in particular?

JUNIPER JANG: No. I was more focusing on playing smart, course management. I think that helped a lot in this course especially because this course is not like really long course, so I think it's important to have some good strategy out there.

Q. And then two birdies to end the day out there. How do you hope to keep that momentum for the next two days?

JUNIPER JANG: I mean, it's always good to keep the good vibe, but I want to have a new day, new opportunity. Again, I'm going focus on myself rather than results.
