Q. Had a little bit of an exciting day at the end of this race, around 22nd and had the spin. Walk me through what happened and really your day.

CHASE ELLIOTT: Not much to talk about really. We were just way off really, right from the get-go. I was scared we might be in trouble, and we got that comp caution early, and sure enough, I could just never find a comfortable way to get around the track and do it consistently.

I just felt like I was -- really, really similar to the spring race, just really on edge and was in a -- felt like I was in a compromised spot, trying to push pace. Was moving around a lot and just trying to scratch for anything I could get.

Unfortunately, just a really bad night for us and bad time. Bad time to have a bad night. Hopefully we can just have some solid days in these upcoming weeks and try to get something built on a positive note.
