Q. Kyle Larson had a great night, leading laps, finishing second ultimately, but early on, the contact on pit road with the 24, did that damage your night beyond repair?

KYLE LARSON: I don't think so. I don't really feel like I was much different after that as far as running position on the track.

I feel like through the first stage we had the track position and all that, and then the rest of the race kind of worked our way forward and kind of settled into ninth or tenth there. That's kind of about where we were.

But our team fought really hard, and yeah, just made that good pit call there to stay out and then we had a lot of short runs there.

Yeah, was happy to come away with a second there at the end. That was better than where I thought we could finish.

Q. Another good race for you guys; where does this put you? Where do you feel like it puts you as far as the championship goes?

KYLE LARSON: Yeah, I mean, it's good. It's good. But there's still so much racing left. Just got to keep having good consistent days. It's three top 5s to open the Chase and looks like leading the points now by just a point.

But we're going to some good tracks for us but also good tracks for the Toyotas are Vegas and Kansas, Charlotte. It could easily change a lot here in the next upcoming weeks. But we've just got to be ready for anything and keep plugging away.
