Q. Give us a breakdown on today's round, please.

MANUEL ELVIRA: I played pretty much the same as yesterday but I was able to be more precise with my wedges. I hit a lot of balls close and I didn't really have to make a lot of long putts.

Q. Back nine was crucial, back in in 32, five birdies off the course. You really got some momentum.

MANUEL ELVIRA: Yeah, definitely. I made a birdie on 10. I hit it to like two feet and 12 was a 2-putt for birdie and the other three birdies were pretty close, from seven, eight feet.

Q. We talked to Nacho about his success on the Tour, all the great rounds he's put together but not here at Wentworth. Why is it such a premium to make sure you feel like you find the fairways and the greens here?

MANUEL ELVIRA: The rough is a bit thick in some areas, you have to be in position and you have to be on the fairway and the greens are tiny and you can have some tricky up-and-downs. It's important to be in position and at least not short-side yourself.

Q. How will you spend the rest of of the day, looking at the leaderboard?

MANUEL ELVIRA: Not really. I'm probably just going to have lunch, hit a few balls, go to the gym and relax.
