Q. What are your thoughts on this match?

LAUREN COUGHLIN: Maja played out of her mind. They ham-and-egged it so well. I feel like we played great. We were a really good team out there today. Just unfortunately it wasn't enough.

MEGAN KHANG: Lauren played so good. I got to say, I was, like, Do you want me out here (laughing)? No, Lauren was playing great. I personally wish I would have holed a little more putts. But, again, Europe played really well today, so hat's off to them.

LAUREN COUGHLIN: They made some really great putts and long ones too, so great match.

MEGAN KHANG: And holed it out on the first. It's hard when Lauren stuffs it to 2 feet and Maja holes it.

Q. Lauren, you're going to be playing five matches. What does that mean to be put up to that as well?

LAUREN COUGHLIN: It's an honor that Angela thinks I can go all five. I was kind of mentally preparing for it just in case, kind of even weeks in advance. And, yeah, I was playing so good, why not? Yeah, ready to go again tomorrow.

Q. You guys wrapped up, tons of hugs and everything like that. What are you guys still feeling about this team heading into tomorrow?

LAUREN COUGHLIN: We're super close. We're having a great time. Anything can happen.

MEGAN KHANG: We have each other's backs. It's match play. 12 matches out there. 12 points to get tomorrow. We're going to go out there support the rest of the girls and hopefully get some more points on the board today.
