Q. Hard fought battle out there. Any learnings or takeaways or anything just from the morning session?

ROSE ZHANG: I think it was we grinded, we did our best, and I think under the rain circumstances, ball flight got a little bit tough there. But no, Jen and I had a good time and it was just unfortunate that we just didn't get super dialed.

JENNIFER KUPCHO: I think we were playing well. I mean, aside from the three penalty strokes, really, I think we were right in the match. So figure that out and we'll be fine.

Q. You both played a Solheim Cup before, but just what is it like out here, the energy, especially playing in the Netherlands with a crowd like this?

JENNIFER KUPCHO: I feel like there's a lot of USA fans out here, actually. It wasn't super rowdy. Maybe because they were up pretty much the whole match, there was a whole lot of yelling going on, I feel like, around our match, but, yeah, I feel like we had a lot of USA fans out watching us.

ROSE ZHANG: Yeah, I thought it was great.

Q. Can you just talk about the first tee this morning and just the energy out there?

JENNIFER KUPCHO: It was definitely electric. I mean, you get your first tee adrenaline rush and I think it's just so fun to see some of our teammates out there cheering for us. Auston and Megan were out there just having a good time to the music. So it's just so enjoyable.
