SHAUN NORRIS: Very delighted. Happy with my performance today. I was holding on a little bit to see how the conditions were.

Q. How tough was it out there?

SHAUN NORRIS: I don't think you can ever show it on TV and things like that. I mean, just trying to work out numbers and things like that. I mean, hitting 7-iron from 110, 120 yards out, trying to figure out how the ball's going to fly, that's pretty tough out there.

Q. Do you enjoy that challenge though? Do you enjoy the links golf?

SHAUN NORRIS: I do enjoy it. I love the way you got to manufacture the shot and figure a way around the golf course. It's more of a chess game I think. For me it's quite fun.

Q. You must be delighted how this season's gone for you on the DP World Tour?

SHAUN NORRIS: Yeah, it's been pretty good. I've been hitting the ball very nicely for the last year and been putting solid. So very happy with where I am. Hopefully I'll get a win somewhere along the line that would be nice.

Q. Are you driven to get one of those PGA TOUR spots at the end of the year?

SHAUN NORRIS: I don't think anybody's not going to be driven to try to do it. We all are. I'd love to try and get my card and see what it's like, see what my game can give on that side.
