Q. Here with Laney after the final round of the CPKC Women's Open. Laney, shaping up to look like your first top 10 on the LPGA Tour. Can you just kind of talk about this week overall and just your experience out here?
LANEY FRYE: Yeah. I mean, it's been great obviously. The season got off to kind of a slow start, and it's winding down and points are important, and I kind of just made the decision to show up and play the game I've always played and play it freely.
It seemed to do the trick out here.
Q. And then a little resilience coming in. Bogey on 16 and birdie on the rink hole and birdie on 18 in front of all these fans. Just talk about like you said mentioned this year and the resiliency you showed to get over the line coming in.
LANEY FRYE: Yeah, I think there was a moment earlier in the year that that would've absolutely terrified me. I would've dreaded 17 and 18.
But I was just caring way too much with me and I guess people's perception of me. When you let go of that that is a lot more fun and free and you're able to execute I think.
Q. What kind of does this mean for you going forward, just knowing you can come out here, especially in a pretty deep field, and put up good numbers and be in the top 10?
LANEY FRYE: Yeah, I think it's a huge boost of confidence. We talked a couple days ago about I felt like I was playing good golf and I was missing cuts, and so to play good golf and to end up -- I'm not close to the top because she's running away with it, but to be in the top 10 as of now, it's definitely encouraging.
