Q. Here with Brooke Henderson after her final round at the CPKC Women's Open. Brooke, just a really special week overall for you it feels like every year. Can you just talk us through this week for and you just how it feels to continually represent Canada in this way.

BROOKE HENDERSON: Yeah, it's so amazing. This week is always so special and so amazing to be a part of. I just feel like it's such a cool opportunity to be able to play at home in front of all these people that are cheering for you so hard.

You know, it was a great week overall. You know, I think I'll hang on to the top 15, so hopefully that will be the case and move on to next week.

Q. There were some pretty big moments by the Canadians. I think Aphrodite was 63 yesterday, Michelle was 29 this morning, and Anna is in the top 6. Can you speak to the evolution of the Canadian women on this tour?

BROOKE HENDERSON: Yeah, for sure. It's amazing to see so many maple leafs at the top of the leaderboard. Just amazing scores all week by all of them.

So it's really cool to see that and to be a part of it. I feel like the future is really bright for the next few years.

Q. How come this is happening?

BROOKE HENDERSON: That's a good question. (Laughter.) I feel like the National Team has always had a really strong program but it seemed like they're really doing a great job right now which is cool to see.

The players, I don't know any of them that well, but what I have seen, they work extremely diligently, very hard, and they're very eager to try to be better.

So I feel like it's just like a perfect remedy right now, and it's exciting to see.

Q. They talk about looking up to you when they were younger and that's -- so do you maybe feel like partially responsible for this surge in talent?

BROOKE HENDERSON: I'm very honored when people mention that. I'm very proud to think that I may have played a role in their success they're having now and what they might have in the future.

I think that's pretty cool. I mean, I grew up watching Morgan Pressel and she definitely inspired and motivated me, and now we're friends out on Tour. I feel like it's pretty cool to think that some of these girls looked up to me.

Q. Are you going to play in Boston?

BROOKE HENDERSON: Yes.

Q. So I guess what did you like about your game that you want to take there and what do you want to...

BROOKE HENDERSON: Honestly, I hit the ball really well this week. I feel like I didn't get everything out of it that maybe I should have. But that's really exciting going forward knowing that my ball striking is in a good spot and in four days I get to try again to tee it up again in Boston and hopefully make some putts and go low there.
