Q. Do you feel like you were seeing a guy almost growing up in front of you today?

LAURIE CANTER: He's so relaxed. He's joking and messing about going up 13. He had a fair bit to play for today in my mind. He's got to play for his card, but he was obviously going to win the golf tournament, and I think that's great to see someone be that good, honestly. He's got loads of things he can improve in his game, but I liked his head space.

Q. Did you detect any nerves out there?

LAURIE CANTER: Feral. He asked me if I was nervous on 17. I said, yeah, I'm a bit nervous. We had a nice group going. Fair play, yeah.
