Q. ...second round of the CPKC Women's Open. So Soo Bin, you have been playing pretty strong this season. As of lately do you feel like something has been clicking? How has is that impacting your confidence level?

SOO BIN JOO: Well, I don't think anything is like clicking, clicking, but I think I know what I'm doing on the golf course and I think I know what I need to practice before a tournament, so I think that's helping me a lot this year.

Q. Yeah. And then each birdie today has been donated to Birdies For Heart. You had seven of them. What does it mean to perform and also contribute to a cause larger than golf?

SOO BIN JOO: It's just I think -- I mean, golf is not only about golf, it's about like life, you know, like caring others and everything.

And I think that's really sweet of CPKC doing it. I wish I can make more.

Q. How do you feel the course is playing maybe a little bit differently today than yesterday?

SOO BIN JOO: On the back nine got little windier but overall it's really solid. I like this golf course. I love Canada. It's is a pretty. Like all the trees are a pretty and I'm enjoying: Except for the mosquitoes. Gosh, it's so bad.

Q. Last question: Very strong start here at the CPKC Women's Open. How do you hope to continue this momentum into the weekend?

SOO BIN JOO: Just focusing on my game one shots at a time and just enjoying every single moment here.

Q. It's been sunny today. Is the course drying out? Are the greens, fairways getting faster?

SOO BIN JOO: Yeah, the sun is coming out, the winds are picking up this afternoon, so I think it will get firmer and faster during the weekend, and looking forward to it.

Q. Is the rough still very difficult though?

SOO BIN JOO: Very thick. Very thick, yeah.

Q. Sun isn't helping that. Yeah, this has felt so far like a very low-scoring tournament. I guess what is it going to take to win this thing on Sunday do you think?

SOO BIN JOO: One putt on the green, just keep hitting the fairway, keep hitting the green. Yeah.
