Q. Okay, joining us after the first round of the CPKC Women's Open is Nasa Hataoka. Nasa, really strong round today; a lot of birdies. Did you feel like you had good momentum throughout the day?

NASA HATAOKA: Yeah, I hit so many fairways so that's why I able to make so many birdie chances, and my putting feels really good so I'm happy with this result.

Q. You have your mom out here this week. How is that to have her here watching?

NASA HATAOKA: She help me a lot. She cook for me almost every night, so, yeah, she's helping a lot.

Q. Nice start. Did you feel like there were other opportunities for you to make even more birdies? Do you think you could have gone lower today?

NASA HATAOKA: Yeah. Yeah, I think so. Yeah, I miss a few putt like middle range putt a little bit short.

So, yeah, I could hit little farther, could go in.

Q. How was the golf course playing today?

NASA HATAOKA: No wind today and so many mosquitoes, and -- but fairway was not firm and green's really good shape so I could make so many birdie chances today.

Q. How would you describe your season as a whole to this point?

NASA HATAOKA: Unfortunately all the major finish this year and then I think my best finish was U.S. Open. But still ten more tournament incoming so I hope win in tournament.
