Q. Okay, we are here with Miyu after an 8-under 62. Can you just talk a little bit about your day today and how your game is feeling?

MIYU YAMASHITA: So I started to made the birdie on the second hole and my putting was really nice so I felt really good.

Q. And Miyu, the 62 is the lowest score out here this year so far. Can you just talk a little bit about you're used to going very low. How do you do that so often?

MIYU YAMASHITA: So it's been a while since I finished the first round in good position, so I was able to make some putts as well. So I'm pretty happy with how I played.

Q. How were the bugs, the mosquitoes?

MIYU YAMASHITA: So there is so many bugs on the course and then I really (indiscernible) with the mosquitoes on the course. But these things make me like more focused on the game.

Q. Makes you concentrate more?

MIYU YAMASHITA: Yes.

Q. And last one: You already won this year in Michigan. Can you talk about what it takes to win out here on the LPGA?

MIYU YAMASHITA: So I took two weeks off in Japan and I got really good feelings right now, so I want to keep like good rhythm for tomorrow.

Q. How many putts did you have today?

MIYU YAMASHITA: I didn't count but maybe 23 or 24.

Q. Is this your lowest round this year on the PGA [sic]?

MIYU YAMASHITA: Maybe. (Laughter.) Maybe.
