Quick Quotes
Q. All right, joining us after the third round of The Standard Portland Classic is Jeeno Thitikul. Jeeno, you lead the field in birdies this week. You said that's a really important thing to conquer out here. What do you think is coming together with that?
JEENO THITIKUL: I don't know. I think when you're on the fairway, on like 14 fairway, I feel like you had an opportunity on this course because you're not have, you know, like that long irons in the hole.
So I feel like every hole that you on the fairway, definitely got a opportunity to hit it there and putt it in. (Smiling.)
Q. Your round today was a little bit up and down. What was going through your mind and how do you kind of keep yourself focused when you're bogey, birdie, bogey, birdie?
JEENO THITIKUL: I think I putted really good today. I mean, I feel like it's kind of like -- momentum was going and going.
But had some little bit easy like mistake that I made on nine. Like three putts from not too far on the hole.
And then my first shot today wasn't that good as two days before, so I don't have much green as yesterday and the first day.
Q. And then you obviously are no stranger to being in contention. Do you like going out and chasing during the final round?
JEENO THITIKUL: Everyone do like it. I do like it, too. I mean, we're playing golf because we love to be in contention. We love to chasing the trophy.
And then, you know, it's kind of like testing me every week in, week out, how much can I do well under the pressure and among all the players in the field every week.
So I love it. I love to test and then I hope I can do good in the test, too.
