Q. Logan, not obviously the result you wanted, but you have to be pretty proud of yourself for making this deep of a run. Just reflect a little bit about your time here at Merion.

LOGAN REILLY: Yeah, definitely the best week of my life, for sure, at a place like this and with how many people who came out, all the friends, family and just everyone screaming your name. I've never experienced anything like it. It was a week to remember and definitely a good boost of confidence.

Q. Can you talk a little bit about your match out there today?

LOGAN REILLY: Yeah, I played fine. Just kind of didn't anything to really go in. I had a good stretch of holes there in the middle to keep myself in it but just didn't get off to a good enough start and was kind of behind the 8-ball and had to chase the rest of the way. Overall proud of how I fought out there and finished the last nine.

Q. What are some things you're going to take from your time here as you go into your next season?

LOGAN REILLY: That I can play with the best. That's probably the main thing. I know my game is good enough, and I've just got to go out there and stick to the grind and keep playing and see what happens.

Q. Obviously with your performance this week you'll be exempt into next year's U.S. Amateur. Are you looking forward to that?

LOGAN REILLY: Yeah, that'll be amazing. Super excited already.
