Q. 3-down going into 13 and you just battled and got back to even on 18. What were you thinking come down the stretch?

CARTER LOFLIN: I was going to make him earn it, and he totally did. 18 is a really hard hole. I hated losing with a double, but it's pretty much impossible to keep it in the fairway there with driver. I haven't been hitting that 3-wood very good, but sometimes it's just the way the cookie crumbles.

He played a great round of golf, and he's a really good guy. I wanted to make him earn it, and I feel like I did a pretty good job of that.

Q. What are you going to take away from the week?

CARTER LOFLIN: Man, I guess just kind of dig deep. You're just never out of it. That's the one thing that I feel like I've learned. I've learned a lot about myself, just what I'm capable of. I'm a lot more -- I'm able to dig deeper than I thought I was. Kind of pushed past a little bit of a mental boundary this week.

Q. On the positive side, how about the crowds out here? You seemed like you were a fan favorite.

CARTER LOFLIN: Well, the Philly crowds were incredible. They're rowdy. They love Jack. I'm glad that they liked me as well. It was just so much fun to be a part of it. I'm so thankful that I got to do this.
