Q. Joining us after the third round of The Standard Portland Classic is Chanettee Wannasaen. Chanettee, 67 today. You hold the tournament record at this course. Is there something about this golf course that suits your style?

CHANETTEE WANNASAEN: Yeah, actually suits my style like because, you know, here green is pretty soft so like you can like do like aggressive; like you can aim pin, play the number.

And this year I was surprise because green is pretty fast. Like because last year was a little bit slow, but this year greens pretty fast. Green is really good. Like really good.

Yeah, but, yeah, because I think it's because green is fast, like faster than last year. That's why I like putt better than last year I think. (Smiling.)

Q. You have been having a pretty good season so far. Is there any part of your game that's really standing out to you right now?

CHANETTEE WANNASAEN: Yeah, I start this year -- actually I start this year not like bad, but when I -- when we back to the U.S. then I miss cut a lot, similar like first year.

But right now it's better because I think, I don't know, because when I still like keep like miss cut I still like think like, I played better than like that result is show. You know, like I would just like to try to improve. Like maybe because I putt bad, then just practice more. Then like I do everything, but it's still like it's look like it doesn't work.

Then I had the break after Evian, like one week. And then just like talk to myself like just let it go, you know. Like right now I don't care anything. Just like even bad, just let it bad. If you play good, it's good. But if like no matter I hit, if I keep hit like bad shot, like whatever, just let it go.

Even one day you want to hit 7-over, just let 7-over. Like I'm tired. I'm really like tired. I'm not happy when I play golf anymore and I'm just like I want myself to happy, enjoy my game no matter what, like I play bad or good.

Then, yeah, and then after I think that way right now is just like better.

Q. Did you enjoy your round today?

CHANETTEE WANNASAEN: Yeah, very enjoy. I always enjoy this golf course. But not last year. Yeah, but normally I enjoy this golf course, yeah.

Q. We see a lot of Thai people playing well this week.

CHANETTEE WANNASAEN: Uh-huh.

Q. Hut, Piano, Jeeno. How does it feel to have such a strong Thai contingent out here?

CHANETTEE WANNASAEN: Yeah, you know, like when I'm still like playing Thailand, when I'm still amateur, I always look at the Thai people. Like they play on LPGA Tour, like me, like Mo, they are here and then we just think like oh, they was like idol. They was really good.

And then when I came here like I don't know everything. Like it's not that easy. It's tough. You know, when I like Q-Series I think oh, that was tough, but when I play on Tour I'm like, oh, yeah, happen something more. Like I don't understand that. Right now I understand like they try to like improve theyself. To make themself better, better like every day, every minute.

Then right now like you can see like Thai people like play good now. Like they better, better, and I think like next generation will be better than us. Everybody can be better than their idol. They can be better. They can be whatever they want.

Q. Were there any Thai golfers you looked up to when you were growing up?

CHANETTEE WANNASAEN: Actually I don't have idol because I'm not like into golf. Like I like to play golf but I'm not like into like oh, I go watch golf. Whatever. But I really like -- respect like Mo, may. Yeah, the person -- like I think if I have to pick one for Thai player, maybe May. She's like the first Thai player to be world No. 1 and she won a lot like major champion. Yeah, I would say May.
