Q. All right, joining us after the second round of The Standard Portland Classic is Rose Zhang. You matched the low round of the day today. There is no one part of your stats that's really sticking out. What do you feel like was really coming together today?

ROSE ZHANG: I feel like I was just very consistent from tee to green; was able to convert some putts, which I feel like has been the tougher bit of my season so far.

But I feel like I took a lot of positives out of today. Very happy with how I played. I definitely took some aggressive lines off the tee, so hopefully tomorrow can shape it up a little bit more.

Q. You're used to playing west coast golf. How do to feel to be back out here in the Pacific Northwest?

ROSE ZHANG: I think it's incredible. I played here in college. Played Oregon's course, and I absolutely loved it. I feel like this is home to me, just being on the west coast, so it's nice to kind of be in the vicinity of my home area.

Q. And then you're in the hunt to make the 2026 Solheim Cup team. How do you feel like this puts you in a good position to do that?

ROSE ZHANG: Yeah, I feel like obviously it's in the back of our minds as the deadline closes for the team, but I love Angela. I've had an incredible time on the U.S. team before, and I'm hoping to just put more reps in so I can stay ready and try to make the team.
