THE MODERATOR: We're pleased to be joined by our pole winners here. We will start with our pole winner, Lilou Wadoux. First career pole, her first appearance here at Road America. This will be her 13th WeatherTech Championship start.

Lilou, congratulations. Pole position, something you haven't done here yet. What does it mean to you? How does it set you guys up for tomorrow's race?

LILOU WADOUX DUCELLIER: Yeah, I'm quite happy with this pole position. We had (indiscernible) in Watkins Glen, so I was not there. But we had issues on the car. We had new car for here. The team did amazing job to have a good car. For sure it was not easy with the FP2 on the rain. Not really ready for the quallie. But at the end we did a pretty good job I think.

Yeah, we'll see what we can do tomorrow.

THE MODERATOR: We'll move to Harry King. First career pole here in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, his eighth appearance. Harry, congratulations. Obviously an important race for the team, given proximity to headquarters. Tell us about getting the pole and how it sets you up for tomorrow.

HARRY KING: Yeah, great emotion, great feeling. Came close in Canada not long ago to get into pole position. Start on the front row, but not quite the pole position. Here at Road America, home race of AO, also my home race because I don't have one back home.

The lap was really well put together. The team worked incredibly hard leading up to this weekend. They always do, but this weekend they really put in that extra bit of effort. I could really sense that and not only see it myself. To complete the lap and be told we were on pole position was a fantastic emotion. Credit to all the people at AO Racing for this.

THE MODERATOR: We're joined by Daniel Goldburg. Third career pole in IMSA competition. His first career pole came here at Road America in 2021. Looking for his first win since Watkins Glen 2025.

Dan, congratulations. Very close at the front as always. What made the difference today?

DANIEL GOLDBURG: It's a lot of emotion for me. I've been super close many times since Daytona last year. So really been gunning for another pole. Also this season we could use some good finishes at the end here to bring us back up the standings where we were leading a couple races ago.

This means a lot to me and to the team.

What made the difference? Just pushing a little harder. Turn one is a big thing here. The carousel. Team gave me an amazing car and let me do my thing out here.

THE MODERATOR: We'll get questions going.

Q. Harry, talking and looking at how this season has gone as a whole, it kind of seems like you have flown under the radar. Speak to maybe helping gather momentum for the final end of the season?

HARRY KING: Yeah, no, the team has been doing a very good job all season. I think that one last little bit has clicked for us this weekend. The amount of podiums we've had this year, but not a victory, probably consolidates your opinion where we've flown under the radar.

We've been collecting the points, third in the standings currently. Certainly not missing anything. Starting on the front row tomorrow. It's a big six-hour race, which means there's a lot of points on the table. We have to collect as many as possible and get the final half of the season under a good momentum.

Q. The significance of this, that can't be lost on you. Many women have come through here and want to be recognized as a race driver. To come in and make a mark for something that hasn't happened in a long time.

LILOU WADOUX DUCELLIER: Yeah, that can give idea to some other girls to show that we are able to do the same, it's good. But I'm quite happy as a driver to do the pole position. Then we will see. We are more and more, so we will see in the next years if it continue in this way.

Q. Lilou, Road America, many people think of it as one of the great circuits in the U.S. if not the world. Anything extra special at getting first pole here?

LILOU WADOUX DUCELLIER: Yeah, it was my first time last week in test. To be honest, it was really nice. When you come here, we know it's always a nice track. A little bit old school. To be honest, I really like this track and enjoy every moment because it's quite special.
