Q. Looks like Top 10 finish in Scotland. How pleased are you with the battle this week on a proper links golf course?

JULIA LOPEZ RAMIREZ: This year has definitely been proper links and I felt like conditions have been up there with us and the pin locations, kind of everyone was talking about it. It's been challenging.

It's been fun out there. I love playing links. It feels like quite a bit of a challenge, and it requires you to have fun out there and you've just got to be creative. I just really enjoy being out there. My caddie and I, she's from Scotland, as well, and we have a good time out here. Super happy to finally get a good week in the end and move on to next week.

Q. How much is this good preparation for next week, the fact that it played so linksy this week compared to last year, for example?

JULIA LOPEZ RAMIREZ: Yeah, I was talking to Lauren about it, like tucked pins and the wind conditions. Excited for next week. Never played there before. Excited to show up and get prepared.

Q. How good is it to play links? You would have done it as an amateur but to play it as a professional?

JULIA LOPEZ RAMIREZ: Definitely it's super cool, and I think it's like kind of where the golf game came from. It's fun to be around here in these conditions. And I play a lot of like British, like the R&A, so it's quite fun to be learning from that since I was really young.
