Quick Quotes
Q. You just walked up and he had that was frustrating until the last three. Elaborate for me.
DARREN FICHARDT: You see guys weren't doing anything on the scoreboard, and yeah, if you get in the fairway, you can still be on the green but the greens are really hard to read. And with that gusty wind and what-have-you, it's hard to stop the ball on line. I caught a few edges. I was very frustrated on 14. Hit a terrible 3-wood there off the tee but yeah, I was just frustrated, and then 16, hit great shot and then made the putt and then just felt like everything could go in again.
Q. You made double-bogey 7 on 18 on day one, and you made a double-bogey 6 on day two and today you finished birdie, birdie, birdie. How nice to take revenge?
DARREN FICHARDT: Absolutely. It's nice to take a little bit back.
Q. Obviously tomorrow you will have ground to make up on the leaders but you made 16 birdies in three rounds. Are you of the belief there's a really good one out there for you?
DARREN FICHARDT: Yeah, absolutely. I'm just glad I'm not making bogeys. I'm glad I'm not making bogeys. First day was Kamikaze golf; it was terrible. I like the way I'm playing right now and how I'm swinging it. If the putter behaves, it might be interesting tomorrow.
Q. Excited for the opportunity?
DARREN FICHARDT: Yeah, very much so.
