Q. You played really well. Can you just talk about playing as well as you did but still not getting it done against a competitor like Miles?

TYLER MAWHINNEY: Yeah, I mean, kind of expect it going into the match. You know, I would like to say I could play better but I don't know if I can play a whole lot better than that.

Q. You did get a big win earlier in the afternoon. You avenged last year's loss to Sohan, your future teammate. Talk about that first match and what that win going into the next year means to you.

TYLER MAWHINNEY: Yeah, I mean, it was good momentum for today, but more so just, you know, Sohan and I playing at that level, it's really exciting going into college. Hopefully we can get a couple national championships in.

Q. Again, yeah, this week instills confidence going into your freshman season at Vanderbilt. What are your expectations and how excited are you to get to campus?

TYLER MAWHINNEY: Yeah, I mean, expectations, I don't really like to give myself expectations. I like to just take it moment by moment.

But definitely a lot of momentum going into this week and really looking forward to playing in the black and gold.
