Quick Quotes
Q. Here after the second round in Scotland, can you talk a little bit about your round today?
PAJAREE ANANNARUKARN: It was windy, really windy this morning. I had some really good opportunities out there. I think I was able to do well off the tee. So gave myself a lot of chances and yeah, despite the fact it was really cold, I was very pleased how I was able to stay warm out there and focus one shot at a time.
Q. How would you compare yesterday's wind today's wind?
PAJAREE ANANNARUKARN: Honestly it seems similar to yesterday but just a little cooler in the morning, so the ball didn't really fly. So I think that's the tough part because you want to get the distance right, especially when you play on the links, you want to like hit the green or else you're just trying to scramble around.
Yeah, that was the tough part. But again, I think I did really well.
Q. A lot of players seemed to take off last week or do something fun. Anything like that that you did to prep for links golf this week?
PAJAREE ANANNARUKARN: Yeah, I played a few rounds at the links course and I was able to get the feel of the links. So that's pretty nice. It's like semi-week off for me. Then I was at the football stadium, so that was really fun. Actually I was in Manchester, like Lytham. So really close to Manchester, like an hour drive. I visit Manchester City. I was really into Haaland lately. Visit Manchester City, got his jersey, Manchester United, and my favourite team is actually Liverpool, so LFC fan. But Haaland has been my favourite player.
Q. And you've been coming to Europe for the past five years pretty much now, so how much do you like coming over and playing these links golf courses for these two weeks?
PAJAREE ANANNARUKARN: Again, I think link course play different to other golf courses, and I really enjoy it out here. Like I think I told my friends or caddie, I always miss coming back here. Once a year is good.
Definitely coming back here and then getting more experience off the course and as well as, you know, battling the elements here, it's always great fun.
Q. And you only had one bogey on your scorecard today. So you did really well at staying patient with the conditions. What was the best thing that you were doing out there today to make sure that you didn't have any big mistakes?
PAJAREE ANANNARUKARN: I'm trying to hit one shot at a time because again, I'm trying to not put myself in a tough spot but if it's up there -- just be patient and give myself a lot of room to play. I think I did really well on being patient.
Q. Now you have the whole afternoon off. So what are you going to do this afternoon and this evening?
PAJAREE ANANNARUKARN: Like so far, I feel really nice inside indoors. So I'm going to be taking a few hours rest and then maybe putting after. But try to get some rest.
Q. We've had some players talk about fun things they like to eat here. Do you have a favourite food that you've tried?
PAJAREE ANANNARUKARN: I really like potatoes here, I don't know why, something special about it. I've always been a big fan of potatoes, anyway, but over here, tastes better.
Q. Are you driving over here?
PAJAREE ANANNARUKARN: So I haven't gotten into any accidents, so I'm still good on that. I think maybe Thailand is similar to here. So that maybe helps.
