Q. Joey Logano, you've done so many cool things in your career. How does a dominant win, the first points race in 30 years, sound to you?

JOEY LOGANO: That sounds great. A win anywhere at this point would have sounded great. Coming here to North Wilkesboro is awesome. I picked up a passenger on the backstretch.

What a great car. Paul Wolfe, what a great car he put together for us today. Just was able to execute a smooth place. Everyone on pit road did a good job. Engine and Roush Yates was good. It's good to get back into victory lane. It's been a tough year. So getting the Shell-Pennzoil Mustang doing some big, smoky doughnuts around this place felt really good.

Q. How do you explain the magic that happens when you get in this 22 car here at this track?

JOEY LOGANO: I think it's just something that clicks for us. Paul put together a good car. I think I know exactly what I need to go fast around this place. He's able to give it to me.

I knew coming into this weekend, we got to capitalize on the points. A win was great, but we really need the points. Really capitalized on those tonight.

Q. 15th right now. The last hundred laps, the pit stop, racing Denny Hamlin to get off pit road. How much do you and Coleman Pressley live for moments like that?

JOEY LOGANO: Yeah, the pressure was there for sure. Denny got really good there the last run. Honestly, it was whoever was out front was going to win the race.

We were pretty dominant. But as the race went along, Denny got better at the last run. Just did a decent job keeping up with the track. They did a good job keeping up.

I have to say hello to my wife and the rest of the kids. They're at home. Wish you guys were here to celebrate. But Dad's going to be home a little late.
