Q. Talk about the challenges of the week. What was the most difficult part?

NICK TAYLOR: A lot of it was club selections off the tee, just gauging how much it's going to run. There's bunkers obviously with runout.

There's a handful of holes where if you took it on, had great drives, you could have short irons in. If you laid back, it's tough to hit it inside 30 feet.

The challenge was a few holes of taking it on. The risk was bunkers, long rough to make bigger numbers. I just didn't really hit it well enough this week to give myself enough chances.

Q. On the other hand, what are the positives? What did you take from the week?

NICK TAYLOR: I putted great. I've been putting nice for a little bit. That's nice. I'm working on that and seeing some signs for that. I just wasn't quite sharp enough off the tee. From there, it's hard to hit it close. Just need to clean that up a little bit.

Q. What's next for you now?

NICK TAYLOR: I'm going to play in Detroit, the Rocket Mortgage. That gives us a week off, and then probably Wyndham and then the playoffs. Busy stretch.
