Q. Talk about your round.

COREY CONNERS: Yeah, just played a little bit tidier. Yesterday I played pretty well. The putter kind of left me in the middle of the round. Had some three-putts and wasn't able to get the ball up-and-down.

A little bit tidier today. I was able to convert a few chances and make the saves when I needed to.

Q. What were the challenges of this week?

COREY CONNERS: Corey Conners. Yeah, it's just the unpredictability of the golf course with how firm it was. The strategy from the practice days with the different wind in the tournament rounds, strategy change. You had a lot of options, but you had to be really committed to what you were doing.

You could hit irons off a lot of tees. You could hit driver or other woods possibly. You just had to be really committed and hit great shots to keep it in play.

Q. Do you leave here with homework, like mental or technical homework?

COREY CONNERS: Yeah, I think there's a few shots I struggled with, some of the right-to-left wind tee shots. I feel like I hit a lot of good shots on the left-to-right wind holes, but the right-to-left was kind of a mix of holding it too much or turning it too much and not quite getting it down the middle.

Q. What comes next for you?

COREY CONNERS: Playing 3M in Minneapolis next week, so excited to get back there, then the event in Detroit. Next two weeks on the PGA TOUR.
