Q. Another major, another good start, no?

KRISTOFFER REITAN: Happy with the start. It's difficult out there, and the wind switched, so that made it very difficult strategy-wise. I felt like I did a lot of good stuff today. Nothing extraordinary, but some pretty solid stuff.

Q. What things did you do to adapt to these conditions, with the firmness and the balls rolling?

KRISTOFFER REITAN: I hit my 3-iron to -- well, about 320 yards on 17. So it was difficult at some points, but yeah, I've got a good caddie on my bag. So I'll give him the credit for that.

Q. Outlook for the week? What can you see happening here this week?

KRISTOFFER REITAN: More of the same type of stuff. At least now hopefully now the wind direction will be consistent, so it makes it a little bit easier to have a plan.

Yeah, it's one day at a time. Difficult golf course, and you need to be on top of it to play well. Just got to keep doing that.
