THE MODERATOR: Run us through the match today.

ALEXANDER ZVEREV: Good match. Quite solid. I think generally speaking I lost focus on one game in the third set, but other than that, it was a pretty solid performance.

THE MODERATOR: Questions, please.

Q. Can you contrast your mindset this year compared to last year? Also, how are you coping with your allergy?

ALEXANDER ZVEREV: Just the same as always. I have a bit of a stuffed nose. Again, I will not die from it. It doesn't affect me playing. I'm fine.

Yeah, I think generally speaking you can't compare the two years. Last year I was struggling a lot tennis-wise. Also, I was not playing really well.

This year I'm coming in as Roland Garros champion. I think the mindset is just very different, playing-wise very different. Of course I hope to continue my good form.

Q. I know you're a big dog fan. Sabalenka yesterday said she would like Wimbledon to reverse their policy to allow players to have their dogs on the site. What's your take on it?

ALEXANDER ZVEREV: Yeah, it would be nice. I think the dogs would like the grass a lot more than they like the clay courts in Roland Garros. That might become a problem a little bit (smiling).

I have four dogs actually: two with my parents, two poodles with my parents, and obviously two Dachshunds with me and my partner.

They're also very happy in the house, on the grass, in the garden. I don't mind, to be honest.
