Q. Here with Brendan Lawlor, 2-under 70 in round 2, 3-under overall for the championship. Hit three birdies today. Can you talk us through the round?

BRENDAN LAWLOR: Yeah, it was pretty consistent today and yesterday. I played well yesterday, had an unfortunate finish. But I just tried to go out today and try and play solid.

Talking about the par-5s, I birdied three of them, missed one. Just a steady round, nothing really wrong. I had one three-putt. That was the bogey. I was pretty happy with today.

Q. Was there anything you focused on before the round today after your round yesterday that kind of helped with the good score?

BRENDAN LAWLOR: No, it was just the same thing. We're all very prepared when we come out here. I went back to the putting green yesterday afternoon, after yesterday. Feel comfortable on the greens.

Today was a wee bit better. Not much better, but I'm hitting this really well, and there's a low score in there. Hopefully it comes tomorrow.

Q. How important was it to bounce back from the lone bogey with a birdie on the next hole.

BRENDAN LAWLOR: Yeah, I'm happy. I feel like that part of the game has gotten very good. Once I bogey, I try and birdie after and don't let it get me down in the dumps. Happy with that.

Left a good few out there today. Could have been a few better. We'll go out again tomorrow.

Q. What does preparation look like before the final round tomorrow?

BRENDAN LAWLOR: I'll go in and have a bit of food. Come back out, maybe hit a few putts, a few chips, get to bed early. Have a nice dinner tonight, and that will be it.
