Quick Quotes
Q. Here with Kim Moore. +4 today. Kim, you know you're leading the tournament, the championship again. How does it feel after day one?
KIM MOORE: Feels good obviously. Any time you're in that position it's good.
So, I mean, you can't win it on the first day but you can definitely lose it, so definitely putting a good score out there the first day is extremely important.
I feel like I did okay. Obviously had some shots out there that I think I could have totally had back if I could have had Mulligans, but you never know.
But, no, I'll take it. I'll take the position I'm in so far, and we'll see how it holds up.
Q. The weather obviously was a little different today as compared to the past week. Did the course change at all?
KIM MOORE: Not really. I mean, I thought they held pretty decent, the greens did. It was definitely a lot better as far as heat goes.
But, I mean, it got a little misty there, but, no, I thought the course played pretty similar.
Q. And the leaderboard is pretty tight still at the top. What is the rest of your mindset for the remainder of the championship?
KIM MOORE: Just keep putting myself in good positions and staying in the fairway and trying to hit some greens, hopefully close enough to make some birdie putts.
Pars are good out here, and if I can just continue to play my game, you know, try to eliminate some of the bigger mistakes - I had a double today - so if I could have taken that away I think I would've been a little happier.
Trying to keep it to bogey is always a good goal of mine. Yeah, I mean, I think I just to keep it in play and hit greens.
