Quick Quotes
Q. Lee, you turned things on 4-under bogey-free on that back nine. Was there a sense of urgency, or was that just a result of kind of staying the course?
LEE HODGES: Yeah, I think I did a poor job on the front nine kind of getting out of my own way. I feel like I've said that a lot this week, but that's really what I'm working on. Just kind of getting out of my own way, getting out of my head, not trying too hard.
My issue is I'll try so hard that I'll get in my own way. So on the front nine I was definitely doing that. Just kind of looked at my caddie walking to 10, and I was like, hey, we're done with that, we're going to back to how we were playing.
I played beautifully on the back nine to give myself a chance tomorrow. It definitely could have got away from me today, the tournament, but I played myself right back in there, so I'm really proud of that.
Q. It's been a while since your last win three years ago. What's the mentality going into tomorrow? What does this opportunity mean to you to be atop the leaderboard heading into the final round here?
LEE HODGES: Yeah, I think it will be different tomorrow. At 3 I think I shot had a five-shot lead into Sunday. You hate to say holding on, but I was kind of holding on. Tomorrow will be a little more fun. I get to go attack and just beat people.
Yeah, I'm just going to keep my pedal down and just shoot lower than anybody tomorrow.
