Q. Heading into the weekend here, had the weather, the heat and everything after a little bit of rain here. How did it feel out there this afternoon?

DAVID LIPSKY: I mean, it was hot, but my putter was hotter (laughing). No, honestly, I enjoy the heat. I prefer it over cold, so I don't mind it at all.

Q. The putter was really rolling for you there. A lot of birdies in a row and a lot of made putts. What was working so well?

DAVID LIPSKY: Just I dialed in my speed with my putting coach really on the week. He said that's pretty much the only thing I need to focus on. It ended up working out for me.

Q. How do you keep that putter and everything et cetera hot heading into the weekend?

DAVID LIPSKY: Just try to keep doing what I'm doing. Try to feel the same, do the same things, and just build up that confidence. Today really helped with that.

Q. What goes into your game plan and your setup between now and whenever your tee time might be tomorrow?

DAVID LIPSKY: Just relax, recharge, and get ready to go sweat it out.
