Q. All right, we are joined by Minji Kang after her final round at the Meijer LPGA Classic for Simply Give. Minji, ended your round with a pretty good shot there on 18. Kind of talk about that shots and overall how today went for you.

MINJI KANG: I think I had a good shots today and make some putts, and last hole with the finish with the eagle feels very nice this week.

Q. And then this is your right now currently best finish on LPGA Tour. Can you talk about just where you feel your game is at? You had a lot of good finishes in your career but this is the best one so far.

MINJI KANG: Yeah, after my first U.S. Open I had a good finish there, and I had a confidence after that tournament.

And then, yeah, I feel very good with my game right now. Just play more -- I mean, just enjoy the course more than before and trying to play my game.

Q. And then speaking of confidence, next week heading into a major, how excited are you playing as well as you are heading into one of the biggest events of the year?

MINJI KANG: Yeah, playing the major is always exciting. It's the new course and I know it's going to be not easy, but just try -- just practice and see how the course is and how the condition is just play what I did before, yeah.

Q. Getting close to the halfway part of the season here. Can you kind of just talk about where you feel you're at in your game and are you in a good spot heading into the second half of the year?

MINJI KANG: Yeah, so my rookie year was pretty tough so I never thought about like this position right now. So it's going to be same for the rest of the season, just not think about the results and where I am. Just play what I did before and just trying to be patient at the course and just enjoy more.
