NBA FINALS: KNICKS VS. SPURS

June 13, 2026

Dylan Harper

San Antonio Spurs

Game 5: Postgame

New York Knicks 94, San Antonio Spurs 90

Q. What emotions did you feel? Just how much did this mean to you?

DYLAN HARPER: It meant a lot. Whole lot to grow on. Whole lot to learn on. At the end of the day, this is my first year. Can’t keep moving forward if you don’t got a positive attitude. Obviously we lost and I wanted to win that, but at the end of the day, we’ve got to bounce back.

Q. You had the ball a lot and made some really big plays. What do you take away from your performance in this game? I’m sure some things will stick with you for a while.

DYLAN HARPER: I think there was some good, some bad. I think there were a lot of possessions that I want to take back and do differently. But at the end of the day, that’s not how the ball bounced. Just got to keep moving on.

Q. To get this far in your rookie year, how much of a building block can this be for the future?

DYLAN HARPER: I definitely learned a lot in this playoff run. Matter of fact, a lot of people counted us out, and I think that we just proved people wrong.

Q. What are you going to remember about this team?

DYLAN HARPER: The chemistry, how everyone blended. Really the sacrifices we all made to be in the position we were in.
